cup extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 clove garlic, minced teaspoon Dijon mustard teaspoon paprika Black pepper, to taste In a jar (or other airtight container) add olive oil, vinegar, garlic, mustard, paprika and pepper (if using), shake well to combine and serve
