FS Mix Direct for Blood udg The activation of HS Hotstart2X FS Taq Mix Direct for Blood (FS Mix B) is a premixed, ready to use solution containing hotstart FS Taq DNA Polymerase with antibody modification, dNTPs, Mg2+ and Reaction Buffer at optimal concentrations for efficient amplification of DNA templates by PCR. FS Mix B is specific for whole blood amplification. It contributes to fast, specific, sensitive and reproducible PCR by reducing the risk of pipetting errors, miscalculation and contamination.
